when i was first getting into state, every single flux fanart i saw felt like a mini heart attack because the way people draw him looks so so so so similar to how i envision one of my ocs, nigel in my head. nigel doesn't even have a set design yet so i felt kinda weird for thinking this. regardless i had to draw them together at some point. nigel's design here obvs isn't set in stone, idk what's going on here really.

the rest of the artworks on this page are some of the very first state artworks i made, before i even made the polarityduo reference sheets. both the anatomy and renders look a bit wonky as a result, i was just tryin to test the waters.

for this next one, i think someone asked me on shipping opinions? and i replied n said that all of them are infinitely more fun if they're unrequited. i don't rly ship either, but thought it'd be fun to write down some interpretations.

i wanted to come up with designs for westhelm trio (schpood, owo6, 5pyder) but i lost motivation before i could. i did 5pyder first, it was so hard deciphering the westhelm armors.... i like everything abt this design except his face, i accidentally made him more prettier than i wanted. in my true vision i see him as just a dude with a short face and longer hair, not necessarily feminine or bishounen.
