digital illustration depicting bird's-eye-view on a greek-style pavilion, where a group of people are gathered underneath around a table. at the front of the table is saparata, looking at the ceiling in shock, and behind him is fluixon with his arms around saps' shoulders, also looking upwards with a gentle smile. they are looking at dripstone spikes, stylized as red prisms, falling from the ceiling and above the heads of the rest of the meeting attendees. red flowers bloom on the table around the attendees, and there is a red sun behind fluixon's head.

oooh! my feelings abt this piece are like a pendulum... maybe i really am more simple-minded than i thought bcs i originally haaated this piece, but then it did numbers on twitter dot com and now i love it haha. i think i was initially iffy about it because it felt as if many subjects in the piece seemed incohesive. "cohesive" is a buzzword that will be repeated a lot in this month's artblog entries because it's smthn i really been struggling with lately. for this one in particular, saps and flux are the only fully rendered parts of this illust, meanwhile the other leaders are sketchy, and the background & props are just plan color with some texture slapped on top. all these clashing stages of polish were not intended from the start but were a result of me being really sick of the piece, seeing no hope in it looking good finalized, and just wanting to be done with it already. but i had nothing to worry about if public reception says anything lol. i actually think that all the clashing stages of render gave it a strange abstract feeling in the end. especially with the realistic clouds and red sun, it kinda seems like this little meeting room is floating in its own plane, kinda like a dream :]
