All prices are in USD. Payments are done through Paypal.

A minimal background is included free of charge in both styles 1 & 2. A minimal background can include but is not limited to, simple shapes/patterns/textures, simple props, typography, posterized photo, or none to the buyer's liking.

Other optional add-ons

Inclusion of complex character or prop* (ie. mecha or layered armor) = +$4-10, negotiable depending on complexity.
Add an extra character = +25% of base price per extra character
Render the background = +$4-10, negotiable depending on complexity of the request.

*I don't charge extra for mobility/accessibility aids

Explicit NSFW, hate speech, sensitive or political topics, "ferals"/non-anthro animals, art in someone else's style	Pinups/mildly suggestive, blood/gore, anthro, OCs, fandom characters, real life people (exceptions vary).

In regards to specific styles of mine, if you've seen me do something in the past that you'd like me to draw for you, feel free to ask me about it! While I currently do artwork in my lasso tool style, I know I have like a gazillion ways I have painted before lol.

General

I reserve the right to decline your commission for whatever reason
After the commission is finished, I may put it on my personal website (sachersketchbook) for promotion and engagement with watermarks. If you don't want to see it posted, let me know.
These commissions must be for personal use only. Any commercial or monetized use must be be agreed upon with the me, in which additional charges will be applied.
Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes such as, but not limited to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain and/or crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are NOT permitted. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces and loss of rights to artwork.
Once work has begun or payments have been made, the client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
Any agreements that are broken may result in your order being cancelled.

Payment

Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the client when I am ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before I send the request. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours once the colored sketch stage is complete, or the project may be cancelled.
Payment is done 100% upfront.
I do not allow refunds once I pass the colored sketch point of the drawing process, as it is hard for me to ensure they will not be used without my permission or taken elsewhere.

Attempted refunds or charge-backs without prior discussion will result in a blacklist.

Rights and Usage

CLIENT RIGHTS

The product is licensed exclusively to the client for their personal use. Client is free to:

produce digital or physical (ie. print) end products for personal enjoyment
display on social media for non-commercial and non-monetized purposes such as profile pictures, banners, and posts, and display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.

Client must not claim the product as their own. When displaying the product on websites, please credit the artist's display name (ember sācher or sachersketchbook).

ARTIST RIGHTS	COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights to the product. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying the product on websites, social media, portfolios, for use of advertizing and more, unless already agreed upon.	Commercial usage of the product is not included and requires a separate agreement and additional fee. Commercial rights cover any usage that is monetized, including usage in branding, merchandise, streaming/monetized content (overlays, emotes, thumbnail), in reselling to another party, or as inclusion with any other product.

Workflow/Revisions/Delivery

Estimated turnaround time is 1-4 weeks. The process may fluctuate if the request is complex, if so, the client will be notified ahead of time.
The finished product will be delivered via Google Drive.
Ongoing communication & discussion will occur thought the project. The client will be updated and sent progress images at each major point of the drawing process (thumbnails/colored sketch → early renders → final render), where the client will be able to give feedback, ideas, or suggest revisions.
Minor revisions during any point of the drawing process are free of charge (ie. fixing missing design details, accessories details, blending mode adjustments, etc.)
I will not do Major revisions after the colored sketch has been approved (ie. pose, lighting, color scheme changes, detailed clothing changes, adding/removing a character, and changing the background, etc.)

For any major revisions past the colored sketch phase, it's an additional +$10 cost per revision.
